Shipping Methods
This Shipping Policy provides information about order preparation, shipping options, delivery estimates, shipping charges, and cancellations for purchases made through Reciprocalduties.
1. Shipping Destinations
Reciprocalduties ships to customers in most countries and regions worldwide. Delivery availability may vary depending on the destination and local carrier service.
2. Processing Your Order
After your payment is successfully confirmed, your order will normally be prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
When your package leaves our warehouse, a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information (where available) will be sent to you. During holidays or peak shopping periods, additional processing time may be required.
3. Shipping Fees
Free Standard Shipping on orders of USD $99 or more.
A USD $5 flat-rate shipping feeapplies to orders below USD $99.
Any expedited shipping costs, if selected, will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
4. Delivery Estimates
Delivery times begin after your order has been dispatched.
Standard Shipping
United States, Canada & Australia: 7–14 business days
United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain & most European countries: 7–25 business days
South America: 15–30 business days
Other international destinations: 15–25 business days
If a faster delivery option is available for your destination, you may choose Expedited Shippingat checkout. Express deliveries handled by carriers such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, or other international courier services generally arrive within 7–10 business days.
Please note that all delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, transportation networks, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.
Tracking updates may not appear immediately after shipment and can take several days to become available.
5. Shipping Protection
Shipping protection may be offered during checkout. When selected, it helps cover eligible shipments in the event of loss or damage during transit. If you experience a shipping issue, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
6. Customs & Import Charges
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, VAT, customs fees, or similar charges required by the destination country. These charges are assessed by local authorities and remain the responsibility of the customer.
7. Order Cancellation
Cancellation requests are accepted before an order has been shipped. To maximize the chance of cancellation, please contact us within 24 hoursof placing your order.

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled. If you no longer wish to keep your purchase after delivery, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method. The time required for the refund to appear depends on your payment provider.
